Polar H7 Results.. Questions
I got a Polar H7 for Christmas and the past two days I have used it at the gym and using the app it says 76 minutes I burned 924 KCAL 132 avg heart rate 189 Max HR Im 35 years This is doing weights and 1 mile Jog/Run/Walk at a 10.5 min a mile pace FYI Fitbit said like 600 calories. Do you think I burned over 900 calories…

Started trying to run... check my progress
1st attempt. 2 miles 24:30. Treadmill at gym.. Friday 2nd attempt. 2 miles 22:30. Treadmill at gym Monday 222 lb male never really ran.. do ride bike some avg 11mph fpr 17 miles on bike around town.... Trying to train for spartan race. Where should I be.. Any advice.

Benched 275 Tonight

Ab wheel??? Anybody else use these things??
Me a select few at the gym been doing these. I did 50 rollout belly to floor and up. On knees of course... then did 20 second set. I'm dieing now. Some don't go parallel to floor but I do.. alllll the way dow . Tried a standing one got about 6 inches off floor bam fell down.. what do you guys do.. ever try this torture…

SPARTAN RACE?? When are you ready?
Im down 35lbs feeling pretty good... I am gonna start doing some jogging/cardio to train for a spartan race (sprint.. shortest race) wondering how far between obstacles it is, in other words how far do I need to jog or run at a time.. .1 mile? .25 mile? I want to get ready for one but dont want to be the guy Walking

Biked to work toady...... unexpected ride home
Was riding home when I started feeling like I was climbing a Huge hill forever. Thought man I'm weak today. Stopped at the stop sign. Bam tire flat had to push the bike home 2 miles. I felt so relieved. ... I thought I was super out of shape. Lol... moral is. Carry tube pump and tools.

Been riding my bike some rode 14 miles yesterday and 14 miles today.. thats the farthest I have ridden at one time... I ride a walmart MTB on rode, but did ride 1.5 miles through woulds and a gravel path.. MUCH harder then the highway/streets.. what bikes do you guys ride. and where

Do 5x5 programs work?? Want to increase Bench & DL
Would like to increase my bench for reps and deadlift.. Currently banch 225 4xs after warmup and deadlift 315 7xs after warmups.. want that 225 10x and 405 deadlift 3xs should I try 5x5 or try something else

deadlift can do 315 2xs but rep 225 3 sets of 10 bench can do 225 4xs but rep 185 4 sets of 8 squat not sure MAX but rep 185 3 sets of 10 (deep squats ankles to butt...) legs KILL curl rep 50lb plus bar 3 sets of 10 bentover rows 135 rep 3 sets of 8 overhead press 120 3 sets of 8 this is after 1 warmup set of each at 50%…

been at it 30 days....
Lost 14lb. So far and I go to the gym 4 days a week.. 35 min a trip avg. I am staying well below sometimes 1000 calories below my target cal count of 2160. Started at 262 5ft 11 currently doing 5x5 at the gym. Plus some fill in work. Thanks. Great app
