I work hard in the gym and ride the bike,, did 52 miles last week. 0 this week cause legs hurt from squats
But that's OK. every week won't be a success so you have to enjoy and cherish this small victories. I know I will pay for it all week, that's OK. Gives me something to work toward
I also bought new GYM pants!!

Congratulations! The title was a little misleading. I was like drinking that much beer after losing 2 lbs would make weight loss very hard. But definitely a good idea to celebrate a 38 lbs weight loss.0
