Jogging 45 minutes will surely help the fat fall off. If you eat at maintenance you will lose doing just the jogging. Cut back 500 calories lose an extra pound a week...

If you have back pain you are probably not staying tight... abs back everything I hurt my back when I started by relaxing as I set weight down I started in May.. and Sunday I pulled 405 1 rep!!!

Everyone is diff. What works for one may not work as well for another. I say throw the weight on.... let your body tell you if your moving to fast

Fitness Test? I told it age weight ect how do I set all these items... Also It has a setting for Weight Training, so I dont think its design intent would make it Useless for that type of training

Yes tomorrow I will use weight lifting profile then Stop it and switch to running ALTHOUGH the treadmill at gym showed same Calories Burned,, Granted it was synced to my Chest HRM

I have Fitbit HR.. it works ok for steps and stairs, the call notification is nice Caller ID on my arm The HR Function is not as accurate or reading same numbers as my Polar H7

When I got my bike I couldnt ride it to the mailbox and back Now I do 22miles NO PROBLEM also on a cheap bike,, from Walmart Just keep at it and use those gears to stay "in the zone" flat ground I like to use Middle gears 2 in front 4 in rear thats a safe starting point.…

I just got a fitbit hr. Also today bought myself a h7 polar strap. Huge diff in heart rate. Max hr on fitbit 155. Max on h7. 184. I was running on treadmill. During this time. Also as I got sweaty fitbit showed blank fpr heart rate Calories were 300 less on fitbit. During my 80 minute gym session

I got one. Hrm is not accurate. It's a gizmo.. steps are not accurate. Stairs are however... the sleep thing to st seemed cool. I would not stake any claim to it. Going today to buy chest strap HRM.
