Questions about doing abs exercise.

Hi everyone, thanks for stopping by, my question is I weight 283.8 Lbs, I was wondering since I still can't see my abs side abs, should I still do abs exercise like planks, crunches, bicycle, etc,etc. Or should I wait till I loose more weight before I start doing and exercise.

    You can still do ab exercises, but doing them as part of a full body routine would give you the most benefit.

    Even if your abs aren't visible yet I would def still work on them. Your abs are under there, there is just skin covering them but the more you work on them, the better they'll look when they are visible.
    Planks, planks, planks. Shoot for 5 30 second ones throughout your workout. Good luck!
