    Squat 315
    Bench 225
    Deadlifts 405
Overhead press 150 (my weak spot atm, but improving)
    All of these are 5x5

Bicep curls, or variations 70 bar or 40 dumbbell
    Lunges 50
Calf raises bodyweight (great genes so they grow like wildfire)
    Tricep work generally 100
    Ab work is bodyweight

All these will be 5 sets of a minimum 20 reps

Mostly a base framework here, I alter and add exercises all the time, as well as increase weight decrease reps or vice versa. My body adapts faster than I'd like it too lol,

I believe he meant the assistance lifts, not deadlifts. 20x405 Deads with a 1x315 Squat would be terribly unbalanced.

That's actually a really strong OHP to be doing 5x5, especially compared to your other lifts. My OHP is my second best lift (after my DL) and I only do 165x5 or so. I can do 225x10 (or so) on bench though. But that's actually relatively lower than my OHP. In fact I would say all of your lifts are pretty well rounded. See for yourself:

As you can see, you seem to be DL > OHP > Squat > Bench relatively speaking. If anything, your bench needs the most work (but they're all close regardless)
