I don't know if it is in my head, but did I read something on here before about having refeed carb days? and if I did what were the reason for this? would it not put you back on eating carbs all over again.

I suppose I am looking for motivation, I don't expect I will have huge losses, but in 8 weeks I hope to look leaner. I know some of you are just so super organised and lose so well, me probably a pound a week if I am lucky. lol.

Help, finding carb value.
So this is what I do, I bake a potato well in the oven until the outside is very crispy, I cut it in half and scrape out ALL the flesh, all that is left is the skin, with perhaps tiny bits of flesh stuck because I can't scrape any more off.
