Hi guys, It seems to me that the myfitnesspal information (such as my food diary) is being added to the fitbit app. However, the calories that I burned that were tracked by fitbit were not added to myfitnesspal. What is the problem? Thank you

Outexercising Excess Calories
Im supposed to be at 1200 calories per day. However, i am in a very stressful period and cant eat less than 1900/2000 per day. Im making sure to burn at least 400 per day through exercise though and burn the other calories on the weekend. Is net calories really all that matters or is food more important than exercise??
