Hello! I love eating a local brand of cookies. The ingredients are written as follows: whole wheat, orange juice and a little bit of vegetable oil. Those cookies are solely made up of those ingredients and I really enjoy eating them. Each cookie is approximately 20 grams, what would be the amount of calories in each cookie in your opinion? (i know that The ingredients arent written accurately, but im solely looking for an estimation)

Figure a two to one ratio of flour to oil. So a very rough guess could be 12 grams of whole wheat flour, 6 grams of vegetable oil, 2 grams of orange juice concentrate.0
