Oh dear, just had a chocolate fest
Feeling bad, are a load of chocolate at work. I've gone a hundred calories over my allowance for the day, and haven't had my evening meal yet. Planning to do some exercise in a bit to try to counter it. Don't want to undo all the hard work I've put in all week.

Can someone clarify please
I'm set to have 1420 kcal a day. If I excercise do you have an increased number of calories you can consume to make up what you burned in exercise, or do you ideally remain at the 1420 daily. I have lost about a pound in a week doesn't seem like much. Just want to make sure I'm understanding things Thank you
