Oh dear, just had a chocolate fest

Feeling bad, are a load of chocolate at work.
I've gone a hundred calories over my allowance for the day, and haven't had my evening meal yet.
Planning to do some exercise in a bit to try to counter it. Don't want to undo all the hard work I've put in all week.

    Don't feel too bad. It's gonna happen just remember that tomorrow is a new day. I had a small mishap a couple of days ago....brought 2 packs of those twix bites. If you can work off maybe 200 calories and then eat 100 back you'll be golden!

    Dark chocolate has healthful anti oxidants. You can eat an ounce of day, just make sure it's got a high cacao count.

    I find that looking forward to this helps me not binge on chocolate.

    I do this basically everyday, makes me hate myself but I tell myself I can't stop the cravings, I just need to break the habit once and for all I know :/
