Two days so far

Hi there
I'm Dadizzy. Rejoined two days ago.
I have lost 35 pounds in the last two years, have been a member of a slimming group for a year and got no further forward.
So I've come back here.
I'm looking for support, an opportunity to share ideas, and desperate to shift more weight. I have a long journey ahead, and am prepared to take it one day at a time.
I have had multiple health issues over the last 12 to 15 months, but am finally getting back to good health.
So ready to go.
I aim to exercise about four times a week for about 30 minutes, I need to build up slowly, and reduce calorie intake, ensuring I eat a healthy balanced diet. Been doing this for two day, actually today is day three and I have lost a pound, so pleased with that.
Any ideas or tips, to obtain the best nutrition for health and well being.
