Is it possible to undo eating over TDEE?
I know the excersise is factored in already and like today for example I ate 2200 and my TDEE is only 2130 is there a way to get back into a deficit, considering the fact that the way TDEE works is factoring in your exercise for the week into your daily cals??

Quick question ! Need clarification.

Question about frame size (wrist/finger method)
Firstly, is it accurate? Secondly, is it with the index or middle finger that you have to wrap around the smallest part of the wrist? I find that when I do it with my middle finger, the thumb overlaps the middle finger nail but when I use my index finger it only overlaps a tiny bit So am I medium or small frame?!

My TDEE is 2189 (I work out 3-5 times a week) I usually eat around 1600 cals a day but on days that I work out do I get to eat back some exercise cals or does that defeat the purpose of the 3-5 workout a week activity setting (I hope that makes sense?) Like I worry about the scale too much so I'm taking a break and now I'm stressing about calorie counting for maintenance once the weight is off. Will you guys still calorie count after you reach your goal weight? I know I'll get to obsessive with it so I'm not sure if it's productive or not :(

So in theory you could do no exercise at all and still lose weight with a deficit
i don't personally do this because I want to exercise to be healthy and because being toned looks and feels nice but in theory could you technically lose weight with no exercise at all? As long as you maintain a deficit?
