Okay so I've been researching it and everything has said Raw but I am in a position where my grandmother bulk cooks meals and doesn't weigh them raw so I really can't do that

What's the downfall of weighing cooked vs raw?

Just find matching entries that say cooked and you're golden.

Yeah, just use the right entry. I grill 15 pounds of chicken breast once a week. I'm not about to try to track the raw weight of each one.

Accuracy is the biggest problem with weighing things after you've cooked them.

If you can't weigh things raw, you can get pretty close by weighing them after cooking and using an appropriate entry from the database (ie. don't use a boiled entry if you grilled it, etc.).

You'll need to account for any additional ingredients that have been added during the cooking process, especially things like butter and oil.

As you go, you can adjust based on your real world results. If you aren't losing at the pace that you want, adjust your portion sizes until you do.

Fair enough! Thanks for the input

Either, just make sure you are using the system generated entry, which will say raw, cooked, or smoked (or a user entry that you have verified.) In addition to being Verified, the system entries tend to be longer and include lots of options for weights. For example:
