I'm a super obsessive person

Like I worry about the scale too much so I'm taking a break and now I'm stressing about calorie counting for maintenance once the weight is off.
Will you guys still calorie count after you reach your goal weight? I know I'll get to obsessive with it so I'm not sure if it's productive or not

I calorie count now and I think after my goal weight I will be more cautious of what I eat. I don't think I will exactly track everything I'm eating but I will be careful with how many calories I take in from different foods0

Yes I will still count. Although that being said I don't know if I will log. I kind of eat pretty much the same thing everyday so I have a good feel for my calorie intake. I know that if I eat/drink something beyond my daily routine I will pay for it on the scale.

I'm similar, I always have the same breakfast and usually similar lunches and dinners so I have a good grasp on it too. So while I would remain conscious of the calories I intake I won't go out of my way to log them or obsess over them I think

I've been here and on other sites and left several times since 2011 because I felt unhealthily obsessive. However, the habits I learned stayed with me. It was always in the back of my mind how hard I worked and I knew when I was undoing that work. I doubt I ever went more than a week without weighing myself, even when I dreaded what the scale would say. So even if I leave again, I hope a little of the obsessive will always be with me, just not too much!0
