Hey all, has anyone tried the Prep Perfect meals before? I have just ordered 5 days worth and wondered what experiences anyone has had and if the nutritional info for each meal is on here? :)

Eating out panic
How is best to deal with eating out? I always panic as I do not know exactly how many calories I am eating. This can sometimes cause me to go off the rails for the rest of the day. Thanks for any help/ suggestions!!

Does lowering your calories effect metoboloism long term?
Does lowering your calories effect metabolism long term? say if I cut out an extra 500 calories per day for around 2 months to loose an extra 1lb a week. After I want to stop loosing this much, can I slowly increase my daily calorie intake back to the original amount without putting weight on? Thank you!

Weight loss effected by seasons?
Is weight loss ever effected by the season? For example when it is a cold winter do you loose/ put on weight differently than in a warm summer? Or is it irrelevant? Thank you all X

Is there such thing as good and bad calories?
For example if I ate 1,200 calories of chocolate would I loose weight a lot lower than if I ate 1,200 calories of something healthy like fruit and vegetables? I mostly eat healthily but have had a few weeks of eating not so healthy things (still within my calorie allowance) and wanted to know what kind of effects this has.

How long is this actually possible for? Previously, I have managed to successfully loose 3 stone by dieting alone (no exercise regime).
