Thoughts on pasta zero?
I made some chicken fettuccini for dinner with pasta zero noodles. I just learned of these recently, but was hesitant to try them. It turned out pretty good, a bit of an adjustment to the texture, but I was happy overall. Just curious what you guys think of them?

How much did you lose the first month?
I am just barely in my third week (day 17) of low carbing, trying to stay as low as possible usually between 15-25 per day. I have lost 11 pounds so far, and 2.5 inches around my belly. I have a long way to go, just wondering how much people have lost in the first month?

First 2 weeks almost in the books
