Hi all! Just wondering how people log these classes as I can’t find them under exercise (cardio) in MFP. Do you put Zumba toning and Strong by Zumba as Zumba? Or HIIT for Strong? For Grit agility do you just log it as Grit? But Grit strength seems more strength training than cardio like the agility class... just curious.…

Do you go with the scanned stats or what’s written on the label? Eg: there are some dark chocolate peanut protein bars I bought at Aldi — the label says 170 calories; scan it, and it says 180.
