Strong by Zumba, Zumba Toning, Grit agility

Hi all!
Just wondering how people log these classes as I can’t find them under exercise (cardio) in MFP. Do you put Zumba toning and Strong by Zumba as Zumba? Or HIIT for Strong? For Grit agility do you just log it as Grit? But Grit strength seems more strength training than cardio like the agility class... just curious. Any help you can provide would be awesome!

Just use Zumba - they are all mostly cardio.
And the differences in calorie burn in contrast to your weekly activity is likely miniscule.
If you did 90 min daily and rest of all your non-exercise time was only sitting/sleeping then it might matter.
As it is your food nutrition labels are allowed to have more inaccuracy in them then 3-4 x weekly of exercise would matter.2 -
