Conference for work - how to sneak healthy food?
I will be attending a conference for work next week. I just got the email with event details and the food that will be served. Each meal is plated and not healthy. Meal prepping the sweet potato
I love sweet potatoes. I would like to cook a big batch for meal prepping. Ideally I liked my final product to be cubed and last all week. Right now I'm roasting them and they turn slimey and brownish on the edges. Are you having better luck with a different method?

Disaster eating day- Saved by me!
I worked out this morning and was so hungry after. None of my distraction techniques worked. So I ate my afternoon snack in the morning. I felt a huge binge eating event coming on. So more adjusting, big lunch. And guess what? It's all passed. Back on track. That's my shortest window of problems in years! Woo-hoo!
