Disaster eating day- Saved by me!

I worked out this morning and was so hungry after. None of my distraction techniques worked. So I ate my afternoon snack in the morning. I felt a huge binge eating event coming on. So more adjusting, big lunch. And guess what? It's all passed. Back on track. That's my shortest window of problems in years! Woo-hoo!
