My base for overnight oats is
1/2 cup old fashion oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Then I add things like chia seeds, strawberries, blueberries, honey, granola, slivered almonds, brown sugar, pretty much anything.0 -
I use the Domestic Geek's recipe. She uses applesauce. I have used applesauce or the same amount of mashed banana or can pumpkin puree all very tasty. I have added chopped apple or blueberries. You can do so many variations. Here are some links:
