Extensor tendinitis

Bras, bras, and more bras
I'm ECSTATIC that I'm shrinking in the chest area but man is it frustrating having to continually buy new bras. It'd be one thing if I could roam the discount bin at Victoria's Secret or buy cheapos from Walmart but those places don't carry the size that carries my ladies. *sigh*

I'm wearing a skirt!
Didn't know where else to put this so here it is. I wore a skirt tonight for the first time in...forever. I used to wear skirts constantly in my thinner days then hated the way I looked in any once I gained too much weight. Down 38 lbs and loving wearing fun clothes again! :) :):)

Recently I was out for a run at my local park. I'm new to running. Doing the couch to 5k program. As I was jogging a guy on a bicycle passed me and as he went by he gave me a thumbs up. Is this a thing? Does it mean something? Because if so, I didn't get it!!

I feel like I'm losing more hair than usual. I'm now at 1500 cal/day, losing no more than 2 lbs/week. Lowering daily calorie limit.
I've now lost 22 lbs (yay me!) and have noticed the weight loss slowing. I'd like to adjust my total daily calorie goal so I'm looking for advice on how much. A percent of the current amount, maybe? My current goal is 1670 calories. TIA

How long until people noticed your weight loss?
In total I had about 50 lbs to lose, of which I've lost 17 (so 33 to go) and if I tell people this they respond with "Really? You can't even tell." It's driving me crazy!! It's not at all deterring me from my goal but it sure would be nice if people noticed the changes. :/

Heart rate during exercise.
How concerned should I be with my heart rate while exercising (usually elliptical)?
