I'm honestly thinking about printing out an old pic of me and putting it on my fridge as motivation. Is that weird? I think it'll work like a charm!

I wrote a note on my fridge it said : you work hard for what you want ! In large capital letters and the rest said you just have to want it bad enough! DO IT

I just have older pics on the fridge regardless..but it is definitely a reminder of how I used to look and how far I've come...and how going back isn't an option.

I keep pictures of my former self on my phone for this very reason. It's a fantastic reminder to me, of what happens when you let food and sloth become the two most abundant commodities in life.

I don't really have any that would be up to remind me of good times with friends or family as I never let my picture be taken. :/
But I agree - going back is definitely NOT an option.

Even if it was weird...if it works, then go for it! But it's not weird.

    I feel old

This put a picture of yourself on the fridge as motivation has been doing the rounds for at least 4 decades to my personal knowledge

I totally agree with the above post, so, I guess I'm getting"old" too. Half the time I don't believe it, though...Then I look in the mirror and go, "Wow" I guess I'm not twenty five anymore!!!(Like I already don't know that!!!)
