Just started this today and wondering if anyone knows approx calorie burn? I know it would vary greatly from person to person and depending on how hard you went but just something rough...??

    Approximately 200 calories. Level one burns fewer than level 2 and 3 for me.

    It's hard to say because it depends a lot on the effort you put in. In one level in can vary for me between about 199 and 350 depending on effort.

    From the above responses I would say assume somewhere between 150-200 but only eat back 50%.

    When i've measured my calorie burn it was in the 200-210 calorie range.

    I always logged it as 20 minutes of circuit training which put my burn at about 225 calories. So approximately 200.
