Bench press : stuck for a while , not able to add more weights.

Chest day!! Why I don't feel I acually did it.
My chest routine is 4 sets 10 teps each syarts with total of 90lb and then moving to adding a total of 50 lb till 4th set. Alternate to running on treadmil ?
My feet literally hurta until next day the dat i jog for about 45min in treadmill burning around 600 calories. Any alternate cardio excercises that are easier for the feet burns the same amount of calories in same time?
