My entire regiment hits all muscle groups twice a week. Even two leg days. I love leg days.

Yes, many people prefer full body workouts, 2-3x per week. Or even an upper/lower split hitting each twice

Definitely, but be mindful of overall volume.

I do an upper/lower split and hit both twice a week. I try to vary my exercises a bit, so I don't do flat bench but once a week, though I do squat twice. The former is more to maintain shoulder health though. I also only do barbell press once a week. I alternate with dumbbells and other movements. That said, I've gotten the best gains on squats, bench, and press when I've upped them to three times a week. If my shoulders could take it I'd do that more often.

Sure thing. I bench and squat 3x a week, but deadlift only 1x. One session at 90% and the others at 60% and 80% with the option of moderating intensity on the non-heavy days as fatigue dictates. Bench and squat have never been stronger/better.

I train movements not body parts. Normal for me is 3 or 4 bench days a week. Plus at least one each squat and pulling day.

I do one or more squat variations 5 days per week. I live to tell the tale. :)

You can do it everyday if you wanted. It's more dependant on your volume, goals, and what percentage if 1rm your using though.

Don't ever do that unless you are prepared for your muscles to get bigger.

My primary goal is too put on more muscles but maintaining the same weight....overall reducing body fat percentage. Note I am a right not 210lbs with 23% body fat and height 5'11 maintaining 180gm of protein intake daily.

A recomp will take longer than cutting fat for a while and then going on a clean bulk

Make sure you get plenty of protien, and a minimum of 48hrs. rest before you work the same muscle group.
