I do suffer from back pain ....and kinda learned to live with it. I took PT for months and I make it a point to do those excercises, it helps me. Also I use a pain lotion that I use 3times a day , it helps a little . Other then that my pain never goes away , I just try to not make it worse and work around it.

man I finally reserved sweets calories near end of the day .....can't tell you folks how much it helped me versus deprieving all together. Thanks again folks.

@janejellyroll : that is where I kinda keep struggling though not going to give up, I started with a early chocolate cubes every night and then I am pathetic at controlling portions of sweets....it is like an addiction for me...just a little portion and there you go....I do not have same stuggle with junk food lol..…

I usually take green tea around 4 cups a day ...an hour before bed too. Does tea helps you to avoid cravings

So someone who hurt his knee...back...elbow lol.....I usually take vitamin d, and a multivitamin everyday. The thumb rule is if it hurts don't do it...until you can fix the pain. Also I try to do weight training every alternate day to get sufficient time to recover. For legs...I can't do squat anymore ...because of my knee…
