Introduction

Hey all,
42 years old, always been the slim, yet muscular type who eats whatever I want and never gains weight. Then I got old.

About 2 years ago, at 150 lbs, I started tracking my calories and macros with a different app and hitting the gym, with the goal of gaining muscle mass. A year ago I was 165 lbs, rock-solid, and pretty pleased with the progress I was making.

After a few work-related injuries over the last year I have not been consistent with my diet or workouts. I'm now 171 lbs and skinny-fat.
I've downloaded this app, returned to the gym, and am determined to push forward once again with all of you fine folks...I'm also looking forward to the sweet noob gainz as muscle memory kicks in.
