How long/often do you workout?
No specific reason, i'm just curious what most people tend to do. My workouts tend to fall between the 30-45 minute range. And depending how i feel, i workout 5-6 times a week.

How to keep within calories during long shifts?
I wake up at 6:30am and don't normally go to sleep till about 11-12pm. How can i better keep on track with my calories? A lot more snacks and less full meals? Does anyone else have this problem? Breakfast is never filling to me?

I never had to use a food scale before, i lost my first 30 pounds with things like measuring cups and just reading my packaging + exercise. But i'm getting down to my last 15 pounds or so and i'm curious if i should buy one.

How do you eat your cottage cheese?
I'm wanting to get more protein into my diet and a lot of people keep recommending cottage cheese. I've personally never had it. A lot keep saying it tastes good with peaches and other fruits. Does anyone eat it in a savory way? Maybe some crackers?

When you exercise do you normally weigh yourself on a scale only after your rest days. Or do you weigh yourself after a workout day? I ask because weight really fluctuates after you workouts.
