Do you weigh yourself only after rest days?

When you exercise do you normally weigh yourself on a scale only after your rest days. Or do you weigh yourself after a workout day? I ask because weight really fluctuates after you workouts. If i weigh myself before i workout it'll be different after my hour of exercise. So i assume after a rest day my scale is more accurate?

It's all accurate. As long as you are doing it consistently the same way and same time.
I weigh myself weekly on Wednesday in the AM with tank top and underwear. I also measure myself that day as well, and I use whatever that number as my weekly weight.0 -
Yes i weigh in the am, before breakfast and after the restroom.
I was only curious as i've read from other forums people either seem to gain or lose a lot after a work. Water retention vs (i assume) a bit of dehydration. I haven't noticed an issue but curious if others have.0 -
I weigh myself first thing in the morning every weekday and that's it. I don't worry about before/after exercising/eating because weight changes 24/7.1

My weight fluctuates for many reasons - yesterday, I had a ton of sodium for example - but I weigh in every day regardless. I know what the fluctuations are, so they don't really bother me.0

+1: Exactly this for me, too.
There's no great value in weighing yourself multiple times a day, unless you find it fun (and non-stressful) to see that you gain a pound if you drink 2 cups of water (spoiler: you will), or want to see how much lunch weighed.
Just weigh first thing in the morning, wearing the same thing every time, before eating/drinking, after the bathroom. That's your most readily comparable weight, and even that will fluctuate.0 -
Fair enough i weigh and measure only once a week. And i mostly do that just to make sure i'm keeping on track. Not getting too sloppy with logging.0
