How to keep within calories during long shifts?

I wake up at 6:30am and don't normally go to sleep till about 11-12pm. How can i better keep on track with my calories? A lot more snacks and less full meals? Does anyone else have this problem? It's normally about 4-5 days out of the week that i have this hectic schedule but i can't seem to figure out how to work it out. I feel i'm always so hungry and i end up binge eating...

Can you eat less the other two or three days a week for a weekly average?
Prioritize your sleep. Sleep is important for helping with weight loss.1 -
Ultimately, it's going to be up to you. As an example: my work schedule is notably chaotic. I am usually awake by 3:30 am, at work by 6:00 am, and my time getting home can range anywhere from 4:00 pm, to well after 9:00 pm. In spite of these days, I still only eat twice per day: once in the morning, and once when I get home. My diary is public, if you want an idea of my caloric splits.0
