What workout DVD's do you do? I really like aerobic type workouts, Jillian Michaels: Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, for example. I tried HIIT and even though it got me sweating i felt like i just burned out too quickly and it was a bit wasted. Do you have any ideas?
So maybe a circuit training, straightforward (no dancing), type workout DVD?

Fitnessblender on YouTube has a large variety of at home workouts. There's no background music either so you can play your own choice of music while you do them.0
