What workout videos do you do?

As of now i only do Jillian's workout videos: Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, No more trouble zones, 30 day challenge (level 2 & 3) and her kickboxing. Now i personally try to do 45 minutes so i'll combine her smaller workouts together. (ex: 30 day challenge + kicking boxing)
What ones do you do? (doesn't need to be Jillian's!)

I like Jillian and own 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30, and Yoga Inferno. I have also done her 1 week shred, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, and some sort of cardio thing on YouTube.
Denise Austin has some fun videos, and I really like her body boot camp. The Firm also has great workouts, especially Super Cardio Mix and 500 Calorie Workout. You can find some of their shorter 20 minute turbo charge "blast" (8sec cardio blast, 12 sec recovery, mixed in with some strength and cardio) workouts on youtube.
Recently, I tried Turbo Jam Cardio Party 2 and 3. They are kickboxing workouts and lots of fun!0 -
I love Jillian. Going through BodyShred now and it is fabulous. Love BFBM, Shred, NMTZ, Yoga Meltdown and Killer Buns and Thighs, too.
I also love JNL Fusion (See her Lower Body Fusion and Bicep Builder for some great workouts, currently on Youtube), Brazil Butt Lift, T25 Focus, Tabata on YouTube with Julia Bognar (it is Anita from 30 Day Shred! ), yoga with Shiva Rea, Turbofire, Callanetics...
Love workout videos, as you can probably tell! :-)0 -
Yes i love Jillian's workouts too. I always find them... fun? haha! And not to mention they always kick my butt... going on 3 weeks and "Banish Fat Boost Metabolism" workout still leaves me feeling like im dying!
But i've noticed a lot of her workouts use a lot of the same moves (lots of squats) and i can get a bit sloppy trying to use them everyday. (I workout 6x a week)
I'll be sure to check out these other videos, too. Thank you both0 -
I do HIIT type videos such as; Insanity, Insanity Max 30, Turbo Fire, Focus T-25.0

I like to do the others because they actually use the music. I love upbeat music! Jillian's great for a workout, but I like to get a little dance-y and have some fun, too.0

Why, is it bad or just really intense?0 -
Her form is very bad and potentially can cause injuries especially her swings0

I go to is The Firm (older ones) - Lower body split, touch tape 2, standing legs; the Firm newer DVDs, Paul Katami Kettle Bell Drills, Denise Austin and Jillian Michaels
The Firm really works. I have returned to lower body split to tone up my lower body.
For a realy good Kettle Bell instructor try Paul Katami, his DVDs and instructions are very educational.0 -
I really enjoy Lauren Fitz/Club Fitz Zumba on Youtube. It's alot of fun and my kids get into it too.0

@socajam: Glad to find someone else who like The Firm!0

We have the old firm videos, my mom used to do them, but i never felt like i was working out very hard? I never broke a sweat. Maybe i'll have to dust them off!0

I follow the kettlebell workouts by Bodyfit by Amy on YouTube.0

I have Kathy Smith Rules of Fat Burning. I got it after my youngest son was born and I needed to get back in shape. It's the one video I keep coming back to.0

I did the 500 calorie workout this morning. Its kind of a love-hate thing...Its fun but so difficult at the same time. I use 9lb dumbbells and then ankle weights for the ab section. I am dripping sweat by the end.0 -
I've done Jillian's 30 Day Shred, and ripped in 30 and I like both. I started doing Chalene Extreme a few weeks ago. I was looking for something that was more focused on weights, and I really like it so far.0

Currently doing CIZE. Leslie Sansone's fat burning series. Have done Rockin Body, Turbo Jam, Denise Austin, Zumba Exhilerate0

I like the whole beachbody line of programs, with a nice mix of different trainers and routines. I prefer the half hour or less routines. Currently doing les mills combat, which is kickboxing mixed with plyo and resistance training. I don't sell them...this is my own unbiased opinion.0

While not a video (though she has one now) Cassey Ho, founder of blogilates/pop pilates, has excellent videos on youtube. She has both HIIT and regular pilate videos that will target muscles you didn't know you had! Her music and personality are both awesome as well, unlike Jillian; who grates on my nerves.0

Um no......her form is hoorrrrrible.
Kettlebell has a learning curve, but $ome thing$ are more important than putting out a video with decent form.....beating Bob Harpers video release date (for one).
Bob's form is much better
You might look for Lauren Brooks, Paul Katami, or Sarah Lurie0 -
I've done basically all the Jillian Michaels DVDs. I love her. I think she is a great kickstart for anyone trying to get into better shape. I did Turbo Jam years ago and that was fun but a lil too girly for me. Since these I've really gotten into the higher intensity stuff like Insanity, Insanity: Max 30, T25 (honestly, I think may be my favorite workout program ever). Right now, I have a crazy hybrid going of T25, weight/strength training and I do a second workout 3 days/week with PiYo (let's not forget the resistance and flexibility). Between these 3 programs, I'm getting basically EVERYTHING one could possibly need in a fitness regimen. #addicted0

I'm exactly the same way! I can't seem to get into things like Turbo Jam, i feel silly... Any kind of dance "pop" videos make me feel awkward when i try to do them... Dancing just isn't my thing lol.
I did want to try Insanity but they're pricey off the website. Which ones would you recommend?0
