Can't get to a gym
HI guys ! So I don't have access to a gym but I do take walks outside. I have a pedometer app to tell me how far I walk (about 2 miles a day) are there any good home workouts without weights you'd suggest?

FOOOOD
I just made a realistic grocery list and it is way too expensive. It's nothing crazy, eggs, oats, apples, celery, cucumber, salad, tuna, wraps, chicken, rice, brocoli, and asparagus and it rounds to $80!!!! For ONE week worth of food?! WTF AM I DOING WRONG !?

Schedule
So I'm looking for opinions on when I could make time to go to a jog each day. Every day I wake up at 4am, leave at 5am, work 6am-6pm get home at 7pm eat dinner and go to sleep by 8pm to be up at 4am. 7 days a week. What do you guys think?
