Hi. I'm starting a new job and it's almost my birthday so I feel like now is the best time to start with a year goal of 85 pounds gone. Tips very appreciated and any other words of motivation.
Meal prep, workout schedule, your success, water drinking goals & tips, detoxING, etc.

Keep a good food journal. When you make mistakes, lapses, miscalculations, log it anyway. Just keep doing your best. If your plan isn't working, make a better one.
