hungry day after weights
I do a HIIT/CrossFit type exercise 7 days a week and weight lifting two days per week. On lift days, I increase protein intake. The day FOLLOWING lift days, I am starving. Is this normal, and should I increase protein on this day instead (or also)? :)

help with TDEE
can someone please let me know how to calculate TDEE? i have found 3 websites and input the exact same information into all of them and my range is anywhere from 2046 to 2300. that seems very broad.

recovery time
this question is similar to one that I just read regarding rest days. My question is, if I work out lifting weights on Monday, is Wednesday too soon to work the same muscle groups? Or should I give it more time, and work the same muscles on Thursday instead?

how often to work each muscle group
How many times per week do you work each muscle group? For example, if I do arms on Monday, when should I do them again? I have been skipping two full days so for example I will do arms on Monday and Thursday. But I'm starting to feel like it's not frequent enough.
