How many rest days?
Since starting nearing 3 months ago, I worked my way to 6 exercise days a week and one rest and that is Saturday, by that day I was feeling pretty banged up. Anyone hesitant to share progress with SO?
Last week lost another 1.8 and down another pants size... If my wife asks I tell her truthfully, but if she doesn't I keep it to myself. I'm worried that my progress will make her feel insecure, anyone else dealing with this?

Fear of success?
Read here somewhere yesterday that success is 80% in the kitchen. That stuck with me. Usually when I've lost weight before, I just ate less and/or exercised. Washing your hair twice a day. Good or bad idea?
I do cardio in the early morning, shower, wash hair and go to work. I'm thinking about adding resistance training in the PM a few days a week, which of course would lead to needing to wash my hair again. First week: 5lb loss; should I be excited or worried?
