Fear of success?

Read here somewhere yesterday that success is 80% in the kitchen. That stuck with me.
Usually when I've lost weight before, I just ate less and/or exercised. This time I'm tracking everything, trying to clean my diet as much as possible.
So it hit me, where will it take me? Will I end up somewhere I've never been before? Will my body respond better to resistance training? Will I end up looking better than ever before?
Most importantly; am I ready for it?
Anyone else a little afraid?

Oh totally. What if I get to goal and am still unhappy? What if it's not the weight that's holding me back?0

Having been overweight since puberty, I am frankly pretty terrified. I just try to take things one day at a time.0
