Does fruit tea count as water intake?
I drink a lot of fruit tea daily. I think it comes to 1,5-2 litres a day. It doesn't contain any caffeine. It's basically a hot fruity water ;') I'm wondering if this counts as drinking water? And is this the same or different?

Calories aren't all
While cardio and HIIT burn more calories, surely it isn't all that matters? An exercise such as cycling will not burn as much but you're using your legs more aka building muscle which could be more beneficial. Fruit after breakfast?
Is it best to stop eating fruit around noon? To let the body burn the sugar? Will eating fruit a few hrs before bed have a negative impact? I know it won't make me gain weight but could it cause more belly fat to be stored for example?

Yeah I can't believe I'm asking this either. Everything in moderation of course but I just think carrots are such a good thing to munch on. But how many would be too much in your opinion. I'm getting around 35g of fibre in a day.
