iPhone steps issues
My iPhone is linked to mfp for steps and it shows in my home screen how many steps I'm doing but it's not registering under exercise, how do I fix it?

Digital scales
Anyone have a digital scale that the weight goes crazy? I've been using a non digital for a while and just bought a digital so I can be more exact with how much I weigh and The numbers aren't accurate. Sometimes they are 30 lbs difference, there a way to fix it? It's less than a day old

Steps exercise disappeared
So yesterday my steps gave me extra calories like any other day, today I'm at 8000 steps already but my exercise still shows 0, I've tried restarted the app, logging out it still won't show, any one know how to fix this?

Easter dinners

So I have a scale that has ml and I'm quite confused, I just scooped myself 125ml of ice cream and it's much bigger than expected, is ml supposed to be weighed or measured? It said 0.5 cup (125ml) looks more like a whole cup if not more to me

Plateau already?
I've lost 25 lbs and I've been stuck for almost 2 weeks. My calorie deficit is set to lose 2 lbs a week I weigh everything i eat. I just didn't think I would plateau this fast already I'm sitting at 230 lbs so I've still got lots to lose I've consistently lost every week until now.

Weighing meat
I eat a lot of chicken breast and I've always weighed after it's cooked, but noticed it's a lot more grams when it's raw, should I be weighing meat when it's raw or cooked?

1000 or 1200 calorie minimum?
Which is it? This app went from a 1200 min to 1000 for women. So I've be eating 1050-1100 a day to get over the 1000 calories. My dr said as long as I'm not faint or dizzy I'm eating enough.

Week 3 no weight loss help!
Been watching what I've been eating cut my calories down to 1000 and carbs down to 80g a day. Still not losing any weight! What am I doing wrong? Eating natural and healthy foods and the weight just won't come off
