I love McDonald's coffee but there's so many entries and they are all so different, is there one that's most accurate? A medium or large double double

I've tried but I can't put in the sugars and cream which is where all the carbs and calories are

So add the sugar and cream as separate items, they are pretty standard. Regular black coffee has just a couple calories per serving.

Add the sugar (a packet is one teaspoon = 15 cals.) and the half and half (in the database) separately.

They have machines that proportion the amount of sugar for the size of the cup. 15cals is 1teaspoon of sugar. An XL coffee won't have a teaspoon of sugar in it. I'd say order a black coffee and put your own cream/sugar in it. Or guess.

I honestly can't tell if I just repeated what you said lol @cmriverside

    No worries. :)

I don't know anything about McDonald's and their coffee procedures, but I do know that McD is a portion-controlled company if nothing else. I find it hard to believe that the exact amounts of sugar and cream isn't available on its website, but I don't care enough to go look.

She can ask at the McDs how much of each goes in to her coffee. They will know. The database here on Myfitnesspal is crowd-sourced, so no way to know which entries might match up to her coffee. I don't even know what a DoubleDouble is, but I do know that I have been able to lose weight and keep it off with estimates on things like this.

lololol a DoubleDouble is a Canadian thing. It's 2 cream and 2 sugars.

Just use the one from Tim Horton's. I can't see it being much different.

Okay, so the half and half would be 2 servings (2 ounces) and the sugar would be 2 packets, then. Right?

And we have solved another one!!!!
