My friend does weight watchers and I can't wrap my head around the points system it doesn't make sense to me, the CICO method makes sense which is why I use MFP

Last weekend was Easter had four dinners couldn't log those, I did 200 calories for breakfast leaving 1200 for supper. Did my best to not overeat. Trying to get back on track now

No advice but I'm having the same issue. Eat 1410 to lose 1.5 lbs a week and I exercise everyday scales not budging and I weigh all my foods in grams.

Yesterday it showed my steps on home page but got no exercise calories, today it shows my steps on home page currently have 10000 steps and my exercise froze at 4000 steps.

Today it's logging my steps as exercise calories but it's only logging half of my steps. Done 9000 steps and it's only logged 4500! Oh well hopefully it gets fixed soon

Seems to be a glitch, but just came back on and all my data over the last 8 years or so disappeared!!! I'm so not happy.

Maybe it's a glitch then? The app shows me 8000 iPhone steps but under exercise it still says 0

I scan the barcode the nutrition Says 7grams, got the right one, click add. Then When I look at my daily nutrition it only went up by 2 grams

I weigh myself daily but only log in my weight weekly. Helps keep me on track seeing the scale every day

I'm 5'4.5" and I could never get that low, healthy to me is 150-160lbs but everyone has a different body type

I lost 30 lbs and then stalled for almost a month, I started eating at maintenance, for almost 2 weeks. Now I'm back to my defecit finished 3 days, hope i can start losing again

I have the opposite problem! ive stopped going to the bathroom. been eating better and exercising for 2 months started happening a couple weeks ago. My weight loss has slowed drastically I'm assuming because I'm so backed up

I was having a miserable day today, so I totally went to McDonald's for supper, and then Tim Hortons for an iced Capp and timbits later, now I feel horrible, but tomorrow is a new day I plan to get back on track

A chocolate bar can fit into my day if I plan properly, I never do a cheat day as that would ruin so much, I do cheat meals though, 1 meal, not a full day usually suppers once a week.

Yes 1g is 1ml on my scale. I just feel like I over ate cuz 125ml on my scale seemed big! Although it was delicious

I'm going to try to watch my sodium it's set at 2300mg and I usually end up eating 2500 by the end of the day!

I adjust my intake every week, increase my workouts consistently. I've thought it might be sodium some days I go over and some days I am barely under. But I do drink lots of water

Got 3 of my own 2 could handle my weight but my third is such a little guy it's motivated me to lose! 20lbs down and I notice I can ride so much better already, still looking to lose a bunch more! Add me if you'd like!

I gained 50! Lost only 15 after birth but gained it back immediately due to severe stress, my daughter is 18 months now and I'm working hard to finally shed those 50lbs!

For low calorie meals I have a chicken breast with seasoned cooked broccoli, delicious and a nice sized plate for little calories

I find my treadmill overestimates my calories burned so I just log in my steps per day

I have the Nordic track c990 I found I was more motivated to go to the gym because it's so easy to procrastinate at home, however I now have a child so I can't go the gym which is why I bought a treadmill I use during nap time.

Yes that's what I meant the diary can now close at 1000 I'm 5ft 4.5" was 255lbs when I started lost 15 so now at 240 just finished supper I'm closing my diary at 1074 today
