Anyone have a digital scale that the weight goes crazy? I've been using a non digital for a while and just bought a digital so I can be more exact with how much I weigh and The numbers aren't accurate. Sometimes they are 30 lbs difference, there a way to fix it? It's less than a day old

my fitbit one was off if I moved it would weigh myself 3 times and first weight off by 5lbs then it equalized. Now not moving it is pretty accurate maybe .5 lb variation.

Is it on a hard surface? Some of them need to be tapped to adjust to zero before you weigh

Maybe take the batteries out and let it reset? 30 lbs off is crazy, that’s called a broken scale.

Are you moving it? Mine gets wonky if I pick it up and move it, I have to leave it in the same exact place or else.

If you are using it on a hard floor and still getting big fluctuations then it must be faulty.

Try changing the batteries might just be that it came with rubbish ones. Test it with something of a fixed weight like a dumbbell.

If it's on a hard surface, make sure there's not any packing material stuck near one of the feet.

I put fresh batteries in, I'll see what a dumbbell shows , it's sitting on a hard floor
