Benefit to taking a break?

Wondering if there is any benefit to taking a break from eating at a deficit for a few weeks.

I have lost most of my weight (18 lbs) starting from November 1st. Eating at a deficit of .5 lb a week, although I lost a little more. I have about 5 more I want to lose.

I haven't really stalled, but notice I am gravitating towards maintenance calories right now.

Should I go for maintenance for a few weeks and kick my but back into it then, or do it now? Any benefits to a break?
