Benefit to taking a break?

Wondering if there is any benefit to taking a break from eating at a deficit for a few weeks.
I have lost most of my weight (18 lbs) starting from November 1st. Eating at a deficit of .5 lb a week, although I lost a little more. I have about 5 more I want to lose.
I haven't really stalled, but notice I am gravitating towards maintenance calories right now.
Should I go for maintenance for a few weeks and kick my but back into it then, or do it now? Any benefits to a break?

Yes!! Eat at maintenance for a week or two and then get back at it. Does a world of good for your mindset!1

I lost 30 lbs and then stalled for almost a month, I started eating at maintenance, for almost 2 weeks. Now I'm back to my defecit finished 3 days, hope i can start losing again1
