Fibre intake

I try to up my fibre, bought fibre bars that have 7g of fibre but when I log it, I only get 2 grams, why is that?

    you picked a wrong option. Its all user made entries. find the right one

    Most likely the data input into MFP is incorrect, or logging the wrong item? Could be portion size?

    I scan the barcode the nutrition Says 7grams, got the right one, click add. Then When I look at my daily nutrition it only went up by 2 grams

    It can still be incorrect, or perhaps the product has been reformulated (seems unlikely a fiber bar would ever have only 2g though). You should be able to correct the database entry if it was user created, if you want to.
