Walking as exercise
Hi, I'm walking roughly 5 miles on average a day - myfitnesspal says that's 11,000 steps (average). Will this be effective as my daily exercise?

Lose weight and gain muscle?
I've lost 17 pounds so far weighing in at 177pounds at 5'5 meaning I've still got 32 pounds to go. I'm looking to build my bum and tone my thighs&legs. You're eating badly? I was really curious of this, I bike 30 minutes a day and do squats etc but if I was eating badly would the exercise still be beneficial for muscle growth and toning?

Everything's gone so wrong.
I was happy. I lost a stone and 8 pounds and now I don't even want to step on the scales in fear of the amount of weight I've put on. All I do is eat and eat and eat, it's all emotional eating and I feel horrible and disgusted. I feel really depressed and I don't even know what triggered it.

Feeling really down and disappointed in myself.
For some reason I've mentally been in a bad place for the last 5 days and put on a whole 5 pounds! Awful I know and I'm so upset to have ruined all my hard work.
