Yeah I know all about calorie deficits thankyou everyone. Walking is just something that I feel gets me up, out of the house and moving. It must be pretty beneficial as I use frackers and have been burning around 450 calories.

Log it but MFP does overestimate compared to the results I see on my bikes calculations.

Thankyou everyone for your replies - I'll try out your recommendations! I don't like washing it everyday because it takes away the natural oils in your hair which makes it greasier more easily and as I dye my hair the dye doesn't last as long keep washing it.

Personally it does help for me, but I only do that every few weeks.

Sorry if I'm being stupid - can I keep my 30 minutes of cardio in the morning (just to burn the extra calories) and do the fitnessblender and achieve the same results? Or does the cardio need to be dropped completely (please remember I am overweight, thanks)

I'm doing cardio in the morning and body weight at night. Wait maybe I'm confused - I thought building muscle was toning? I want to tone and get better shape.

Season salt isn't enough, try jerk seasoning, all purpose seasoning, Nando's seasoning they're all so flavoursome and only around 30 calories a serving.

I struggled with this yesterday, I was so good up until 7pm and then I just ate everything in sight, crackers, pâté, hot cross bun with jam and butter, mince pies with icing on, sugar cereal. No regrets though, the scales didn't move and I'm back on track today.

Yeah I know the scales were just making me too happy. I'll go back to my usual eating habits. I'm 18, 5'5, 12 stone 7 pounds (including my 5 pound increase I mentioned) and goal weight is 10 stone 3 pounds.

Thankyou for this. I needed to put my mind at ease. I had been very restrictive of my diet that week eating around 600 calories as I saw the scale going down so frequently I got a bit obsessed. Then my period kicked in and I just ate everything in sight and ordered all kinds of takeaways it was so awful. I will get back on…

My doctor told me I needed to lose 2 stone to be in a healthy weight range. So I decided I'd lose 3 all together to feel comfortable with myself.
