So I'm on a Keto diet and I mostly have my last meal at between 4 pm and 6pm. But is this healthy? I've read that fasting for more then 16hours is beneficial for your body and many other biological factors within the body.. What are your views on this?
So I'm not a fan of pharmaceutical drugs, don't care how "natural" they claim them to be. I prefer consuming my foods as naturally as possible... Any ideas from fellow Keto or low carbers?

I had a cup of white raw cabbage today because it helps me with sugar cravings and I love cabbage.. And then I had one small cherrie tomato too.. I'm afraid that it might have been too much carbs and kicked me off ketosis.. Anyone that can set my mind at ease please???

So I went for a Keto urine tests to see if my blood has ketones in it.. Turns out my test came out 3+ which means my levels are very high..
