I should be doing less fat,however I am eating more fat less carbs.three weeks three pounds down so Will see

Also,look at your nutrition on Mfp
Bc too much protein turns to sugar so just watch that,but my sister is a nurse and she guides me some,but whatever works for you,keep doing it.
